    В корне форума есть файл initdata.php, в нём ищем сторку:


    define( 'IPS_DEFAULT_PUBLIC_APP', 'forums' );
    Заменить на:
    define( 'IPS_DEFAULT_PUBLIC_APP', 'uportal' );

    Передвинуть можно так: Система --> Приложения --> Управление приложениями
    Слева у каждого компонента есть иконка, зажав которую мы можем передвинуть компонент.. Соответственно ссылка в меню тоже передвинется!
