(MRIC5) Move Banned User

Hello, this is my first application.

This simple application allows the administrator to define which group the user should be moved to when banned from the site.

It can be useful if you have a special user group where you want to display these users.

ACP > Members > Member Settings > Ban Settings > Move Banned User

Working well in version 5.0.18.

(MRIC5) Move Banned User

I may sound a noob, I haven't used V5 yet, but wasn't it the same before by default? In the legacy versions, we were banning users by just moving them from the groups of active users, to a group with restrictions.

There is no automatic functionality for this; the user is only banned from the site without changing group.

There is only a function in the ACP that you can select manually, but it would not work for bans by points or moderator.

According to my experience with the older versions, there were two types of ban - the suspension and the ban. I could suspend a user for a certain period at the end of which the user automatically would be unsuspended. And the ban - when I could just move manually a user from any active user group to the earlier created user group "Banned" specifically created for this - with restrictions set to view-only and unable to post anywhere.
