    Все зависит от "раскрученности" самого сайта (форума). Новым проектам все же стоит позволять гостям оставлять сообщения, дабы привлечь пользователей. Народ ленивый пошел, лишний раз регистрироваться не будут, а просто перейдут по следующей ссылке в поисковике. Но это мое личное мнение, кто-то с ним согласится, кто-то нет. Сколько людей, столько и мнений.
