Заходишь в ipb_styles.css.
Находишь

position: relative;
}
И меняешь на
body {
background: #280d0d url("{style_images_url}/_custom/backgroundRed.jpg") no-repeat 50% 0;

font: normal 11px tahoma, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;

}
