Попробуйте переустановить форум... Удалите файлы с сервера, залейте по новой, и установите.

Хотя если уже не раз пробовали, то скорее всего с сервером что-то не так, или с бд.

По логу- вроде с бд проблема...

Если я дам вам доступ по фтп і для базі сможете мне переустановить попробівать может я туплю что-то

лог ошибок в виде текста выложите под спойлер и с помощью ББ-кода 

(КОД) 

не всем охота захломлять ПК чужими логами. ИМХО.

Что за хостинг?

В меня не работает движок ipb , установка проходит нормально но при откритии админ панели (ДАЖЕ КНОПКА ВХОД) ТЕКСТА НЕ ВИДНО И ВСЕ ПОКОРЕЖЕНО ПРИ ПОПЫТКЕ ЗАЙТИ НА ГЛАВНУЮ САЙТА ПРОСТО ПУСТАЯ СТРАНИЦА Я ПОСМОТРЕЛ В ЛОГАХ ВОТ КАКИЕ ТАМ ОШИБКИ

Пробовал устанавливать 3.4.6    и 3.3
