Требования
Если вы хотите использовать RSS-канал в тике новостей, для создания блока RSS Import необходимо создать приложение Pages.

Все, решил проблему, поставил расширения xmlwriter и xmlreader - все заработало)

Если тема еще актуальна, то по мне ihor самый оптимальный вариант. Арендую у них сервер за 500р. и за 250р. для игрового сервера. (Стоит форум ips 4, и разные скрипты для проекта), держит все стабильно. За 4 месяца проблем не было. Аптайм сервера по 30 дней (перезагружал по своим нуждам). Тех. Поддержка еще терпимая (иногда, но редко долго отвечают)... Но для решения личных вопросов сойдет... Всегда помогают и дают иногда даже дельные советы  По тех. причинам не разу не обращался.

Всем доброго времени суток! Может не там создал тему..) Но все же.
Ищу хорошую и функциональную панель для управления игровыми серверами, можно со встроенным бмллингом.  Интересует лицензионное ПО, либо с открытым кодом.

Это не ошибка, а часть кода, которая выводится у вас на экран, а значит 1) попала вне блока <?php, 2) код был вставлен не в ту секцию редактора, 3) во время редактирования шаблона была сломана логика перед выводимому на экран тексту. 
Попробуйте восстановить шаблон по умолчанию, затем заново отредактируйте нужную область.

вот вы сделали зеленый цвет для "Сообщество - Steam"
a[data-navitem-id="20"] { background: #007336 !important; color: white !important; } а для изменения цвета при наведении получится так:
a[data-navitem-id="20"]:hover{ background: #000 !important; color: white !important; }  

я так понял, что там ссылки... по отдельности для каждой не нашел варианта, а для обеих:
ul#elNavigation_17_menu > li > a:before { content: "\f09e"; font-family: FontAwesome; } другого варианта лично я не нашел
