i found this file right now but it does not connects with WordPress!

can you help me to correct this mistakes in installation?

both files are for WordPress and ipcs installation but they don't recognize reach other!

 i downloaded it but when im trying to open the file shows and error with message of unknown format or damaged file!

how i can be active here and my profile options will be active like editing messages those i had posted?

i just found some info about syncing but there was not download file i need file please give me a file for installing this option then optimizing it
