    Спасибо, после вашего кода.. исчез код index.php? из ссылок, а редиректы в .htaccess сработали.

    Пример испольмуих редиректов: 
    Redirect 301 /forum/4-decongelation-dembryons-congeles/ https://www.domain.ru/topic/4-decongelation-dembryons-congeles/

    Если я понял правилно ....
    ACP > System > Site Promotion > Search Engine Optimization >  Friendly URLs > Rewrite URLs? 
    htaccess:
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> Options -MultiViews RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteRule \.(js|css|jpeg|jpg|gif|png|ico|map)(\?|$) /404error.php [L,NC] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule>
