    Возможно это проблемы самого steam сервиса, из-за высокого трафика или вашего хостинга? " No OpenID Server found at https://steamcommunity.com/openid " Подобную ошибку я ещё давно встречал и часто, это фиксилось, потом снова по новой. Многие писали что это была проблема не со стороны сайта. Попробуйте переустановить/обновить "steam login". Думаю на github не просто так написали "If you can afford Invision Community Suite, you can afford a decent host."
