When i send an email through admincp the images on the email received are like this thats social profile, its the same with website logo

checked all the css_build_xx folders there.. couldnt find them the thing is if install any application or plugin the theme gets fcked which its suppose get even if i dont install them but somehow magically website is still working perfect i got to know this thing because i have a backup created so i just restored it when the website got fcked is there any other way to recover it
