    Внешний вид Управление стилями и шаблонами  >  ваш стиль , далее  ipb_styles.css ,находим:   .ipsBadge { display: inline-block; padding: 4px 6px; font-size: 10px; text-transform: uppercase; color: #fff; -moz-border-radius: 2px; -webkit-border-radius: 2px; border-radius: 2px; margin-top: 2px; } Удаляем строчку:
    padding: 4px 6px; А еще, удалить:
    display: inline-block;
