    Находим файл .htaccess открываем его и вписываем его, php_value upload_max_filesize 100M
    php_value post_max_size 100M куда угодно, главное что-бы за </IfModule> не выходил.
    АЦ- Настройки- SEO Оптимизация. Включить mod-rewrite
