Is there any plugin that allows each group to have a leadership, where members can be added by that leadership? The group system in PHPBB3 Forums works like this; I wanted something similar for my community. Thanks!

I'm getting the HTTP ERROR 500 when I install this app, how can I solve that?

I'm on php 8.2 and I've tried deactivating all plugins and reinstalling them, but nothing works.
