    1) Установи хук 
    2) Загрузить содержимое папки upload в корень форума, затем перейти в админцентр > Система > Приложения > Управление приложениями > Установить Shoutbox
    3) Обновить форум до последней актуальной версии
    4) Обновление происходит постепенно, сначала обновись на 3.3.4, затем на 3.4.2. Обязательно сохрани копию базы данных. 
    5) С ссылками ничего не сделаешь, придётся их удалять.
