    ну не плохо бы поменять хостинг "хостингер", обновлять если, то по одной версии то-есть, 3.4.1-3.4.2-3.4.3 и тд.
    + у вас ошибки с базой

    вроде отдельную тему нельзя... если я не ошибаюсь, можешь скопировать все полностью....

    хоть я и не люблю помогать таким сайтам как твой.... но, сначала посмотри настройки групп далее посмотри настройки форумов (разделов и тд)

    опять же хук не обязателен, все можно настроить через АЦ для модераторов
