Правой кнопкой мыши по существующей иконке- открыть изображение в новой вкладке- и увидите путь в строке адреса.

Точно не помню но кажется так- ваш,сайт.org/public/style_extra/team_icons/иконка группы. В папке team_icons можете менять иконки всех групп пользователей.
