Существует ли хук,который позволит ТС самому модерировать собственную тему, в определенном разделе ?

    Это не совсем то, мне нужно чтоб ТС давались права в определенной теме и он мог сам модерировать свою тему.

    В АЦ можно же выдать группе закрытие/открытие своих тем, удаление своих сообщений. Если это не то, есть хук, но нужно выдавать модерацию темы через АЦ.

    Можно настроить права группы.Там все детально расписано
