Не появляется меню модерации тем, стоит стиль Steep Ligt 1.1. В стандартном стиле есть.

    увы у меня вообще это окно не появляется. Если у всех нет опций то у меня нет вообще окошко этого. В админке права стоят

    устанавливаете еще один такой стиль, и сверяете код который меняли
