Здравствуйте. У меня такая проблема, дал бан пользователю, вроде по ИП, потом захотел его разбанить, разбанил пользователя - не помогло, удалил аккаунт пользователя - не помогло.
Сейчас у пользователя нет аккаунта, но он в бане.
Как ему дать доступ на форум? 
Вот скрин, что у него  высвечивается.
