В версии, которую скачивал у вас открывалась страница установки. На лицензии почему-то нет.

Подскажите, как открыть страницу установки форума.

пишут же что с БД что-то не так. Для начала бы проверил правильно ли пароль и имена к ней прописаны.

дело в том, что я еще даже не задавал бд

все, нашел, скачивал на вашем форуме, открывалась загрузка сразу, а тут через admin/install/index.php
