Вообщем проблема,после установки ipb 3.3.1 около чата надвисла некрасивая картинка.

Rakim, эту кнопку можно либо и вовсе убрать - достаточно пройти по пути "Другие приложения > Shoutbox > Settings > Global Configuration > Allow Shoutbox Popup?", выбираем "Нет" и сохраняем настройки. Второй вариант - картинку можно восстановить, достаточно переместить изображение "popup.png" из папки "master/shoutbox" в папку с выбранным вами стилем.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
