Добрый день.
Заказжу модификацию для форума IPB 3x (за деньги).

Стандартно форумы сортируются вручную через админку. Нужна реализация, чтобы форумы сортировать могли пользователи (кол-ву тем, кол-ву ответов, дате последнего ответа (на основе последнего ответа топиков), популярности (общее кол-во просмотров топиков данного форума). 
Что-то вроде наподобие сортировки топиков.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
