Никак не устанавливается...

При вводе данных БД возникает такая ошибка: "4-Байт UTF-8 кодировке Юникод доступна только в MySQL 5.5.3 и выше. Вы можете снять эту опцию, чтобы продолжить (он может быть изменен позже), или обратитесь к хостинг-провайдеру или администратору сервера для обновления вашей версии MySQL."

Я убираю галочку с "Use 4-Byte UTF-8 Unicode Encoding?" , а потом, когда нажимаю установить, стоит на одном месте и не устанавливается... Подскажите как исправить?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
