Привет, возник вопрос как редактировать эти блоки? Где они находятся?

    АЦ > Внешний вид > управление стилями > Ваш стиль > GlobalTemplate

    Ищите:

    <li class='left'><a href="#" class='ipbmenu' id='primary_extra'>Другие разделы <img src='{$this->settings['img_url']}/useropts_arrow.png' /></a></li>

    Это лишь для всплывающего меню. Если не получается найти так, то пробуй через ctrl + f и в поиске вводите "Другие разделы"

     

    Для редактирования остальных вкладок идем в АЦ > Система > Приложения

    Там редактируйте названия приложений и расположения приложений "Форумы", "Пользователи" и прочее.
