url форума в виде /index

Здравствуйте, столкнулась с проблемой вывода адреса форума в виде /index  вместо /forum.

.htaccess переписан , чпу поставлено , но форум прописывается именно по адресу /index , при вводе в браузерную строку /forum или /forums перекидывает на главную(портал)

Версия форума 3.4.5, 

Заранее спасибо за помощь.
