На первом этапе проверки апгреда выдает: 

 The upgrader uses PHP sessions to store data, however PHP sessions are currently not working correctly on your server. This is an issue you will need to contact your host about. 5C289/1

Хотя сессии настроены и работают корректно.... что может быть?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
