добрый день столкнулся с такой проблемой  - установил Open Server залил IPS 4.1.7 Release все работает на анг яз при попытке залить файл Russian (RU) - All Applications идет бесконечная установка , и при всем при этом дублируется http://joxi.ru/krDxNwqS0dYpyr по 5 - 6 штук дальше не ждал , перевод получается не полный http://joxi.ru/Q2K0EveI9gP54A . В чем проблема?
