У меня после установки плагина на IPS 4.1.8(Плагин: Авторизация через Steam), в настройках не выводится настройки самого плагина в "Методы входа".

P.s есть 2-й форум тестовый, на котором все работает и который стоит на том же хостинге, что и 1-й

    Я думаю, конфликт плагинов каких у вас. Либо чет с настройками. Сравните с рабочим форумом
