Все привет установил движок IPS4 у миня на главная страница можна создавать теми

Не очень понятно, что вы имеете введу? 

Если я правильно понял, почему на главной страницы вы можете создавать темы?  Это тестовая категория, так сказать для примера, её можно удалить или настроить.

    Configure browser push notifications

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
