Добрый вечер при попытке обновиться выскакивает вот такая ошибочка http://prntscr.com/ag21vm

залил по верх файлы запустился вот так http://ссылка/admin/upgrade

Проверь, есть ли у запускаемого тобой скрипта права на запись. Наверное ему не удается создать директорию tmp которая затем используются инсталлятором для хранения временных файлов.
