вот у мен вот такая ошибка версия IPB 3.3.4

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function set_magic_quotes_runtime() in /home/slaughter/s/initdata.php:356 Stack trace: #0 /home/slaughter/s/index.php(21): require_once() #1 {main} thrown in /home/slaughter/s/initdata.php on line 356

А версия PHP?
Обновляться надо. Или попробуй подсунуть своей версии initdata.php от 3.4.8
