Ошибка Duplicate entry 'downloads-category-1' for key 'perm_type' при чистой установке данного нулла.

    У меня уже подбамбливать начинает, ей богу! 4.1.12.3 тоже не ставится, с той же ошибкой, хотя неделю назад её ставил без проблем. В чём проблема? А при импорте БД старой, и файлах IPS 4.1.13.1 форум вообще не открывается, пишет техническую ошибку.

    Решил проблему путём установки 4.1.12.3 (хз как установилась, раза с 10 наверно) и апгрейда её до 4.1.13.1.

    Тему можно закрывать.
