Прошу помощи, выскакивает ошибка на главной странице АЦ,

Как исправить ?!

Просто качаете нулл IPS 4.1.13.2
Потом распаковываете архив в корень форума с соглашением на замену(если вдруг спросит)
Ну и переходите: ваш_сайт/admin/upgrade

Но на всякий случай запаситесь бекапом, мало ли что
