Доброго времени суток! Хотел бы спросить, как сделать адрес ссылки не так 

forum/?app=forums&module=forums&controller=forums&id=17

, а вот так

    В таком виде должно всё отображаться.

    Вкkючите ЧПУ в админке (Система/Продвижение/Поисковая оптимизация), залейте файл .htaccess в корень форума
