Юзал поиск по вашему форуму и в интернете- 0. Изменял настройках e-mail порты и адреса-0.  Использую Яндекс.Почту. Версия движка IPB 3.4.6. На другую переходить не собираюсь.

Настройки правильны? Они должны быть следующими:

SMTP-сервер: smtp.yandex.ru

Протокол SMTP: SSL

Порт: 465

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
