Не возможно цитировать кусок текста, при выделении куска всеравно цитирует весь текст, как исправить?

) у меня остался такой хук с версии 3.1.2, этот новый не ставится, - 0 обновлено, 0 добавленно,

старый хук не удаляется, говорит есть активные настройки, хотя я их выключил..

удалил через режим - dev 1

но всеравно не ставится, понулям, пробовал в двух режимах ставить

все работает, устанавливал не тудой
