после  обновления  на ips 4.6.1 слетел внешний вид  и перестал загружать файлы . Как можно исправить ?

    Перейти -> Customization -> Toolbars и нажмите Restore Default Configuration

    Скачат снова папку корен ваш форум/applications/core/interface/ckeditor

     

    ckeditor.rar
