hello i just treid to install ipb but it is just install the same thing over and over agian any reson why this happend ?

php version php 7.0+

and ips 4.17.1 http://prntscr.com/dyj5g8 it goes until that last point of this box and then it start over agian , or does this take abit time to install ?
