Восстановил панель редактора. но BBкоды не соответствуют своим картинкам...
К примеру кнопка "Спойлер" показывается как кнопка "Выравнять текст по центру" как справится с этой проблемой.

    Залейте снова application > core > interface > ckeditor

    Ничего из выше указанного не помогло!
    Вопрос решен другим способом: Через css стили найдено 2 картинки с BBкодами...сравнил их - они разные...в них и был косяк. Стандартный рисунок поставил и вуаля НОРМ! (Залил в действующую папку)
