Друзья, может кто знает как решить такой вопрос.
В общем В приложении Links по умолчанию "Скриншотером" ссылок является webthumbnail. org  
Что меня совсем не радует ибо для нормальной его работы требуется платная подписка.
Когда-то, на ipb 3.4 у меня получилось изменить "скриншотера" на thumbshots.ru:

Так вот вопрос такой, можно ли сделать так же на новой версии, а то их логотип вместо скриншота сайта мне не нравится?!

Вопрос решился простой сменой "скриншотера" из настроек приложений на один из встроенных. Тему можно закрывать.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
