Может кто подскажет как осуществить такое в IPS?

    На IPB у меня скрина нет попробую так объяснить

    В разделе есть закрытые и открытые темы, как их закрыли так они на месте и остаются дальше если кто тему создаёт она будет следующей она открытая ну и так если чередовать то будет.

    А я хотел бы что бы все закрытые темы были с низу а открытые с верху.
