    Если не ошибаюсь, эта ошибка возникает если размер загружаемого файла превышает допустимый лимит указанный в настройках IPB или сервера.

    Также, возможно неверно указаны права доступа (CHMOD) на папку upload

    Проверит права папку ..... пишит ваш хост увеличит file_max_upload в php.ini
