у меня была такая ситуация на локалке. Никакой слеш не помогал, поменял версию БД, все запустилось. А значит все такие версия влияет

Не знал, спасибо) будем проверять если возникнет такая ситуация

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
