Выясните какой у плагина № id в самом конце ссылки. Вот пример ссылки 

http://test.ru/admin/?adsess=cd22dea45a01342472e92dfd23b94dc0&app=core&module=applications&controller=plugins&do=delete&id=1

Замените на свою ссылку ACP и выполните её в браузере.

Меняем до --> app=core&module=applications&controller=plugins&do=delete&id=1 <-- и тут.
