Всем добрый вечер! Не могу найти, как мне изменить дизайн мобильной версии.

    нет мобильной версии, версия для ПК - адаптируется под мобильную.

    Нет не разобрался проста я сделал видимость по меньше. Хочу отключить повторения.

    в custom.css добавить: 

    .ipsItemStatus.ipsItemStatus_large.ipsItemStatus_read {
    background: url(http://carforum.info/carforum-ikon.png) no-repeat !important;
}

    Для класса укажите background-repeat: no-repeat
