Как убрать обложку для пользователей, при этом оставив ее для блогов например, хотя можно и не оставлять. Флажок в админке почему-то не отключает ее.

    вернее отключается загрузка фото а пустое поле для нее остается

    Ну можно установить плагин который всем будет по оффу ставить обложку xD
    и не будет пустого места под неё
