Подскажите  пожалуйста как убрать это? Установил чистый ips 4.1.16

Висит по средине форума,некрасиво.
P.S создалось две темы,нажал нечайно два раз на создать, извиняюсь

в custom.css добавить: 

ul.ipsToolList.ipsToolList_horizontal.ipsClearfix.ipsSpacer_both {
    display: none;
}
