ты какие плагины то хоть пытаешься установить? для версии 4.х ???

    плагинов в 3.х нет, есть хуки и приложения.

    приложения грузятся на фтп, дальше ац-система-управление приложениями - установить

    хуки: ац-система-управление хуками - установить
