После того как поставил версию 4.3.6 высвечивается в админ панели такая фигня что делать

    Так зачем на forum/upgrade/ переходишь? Обновлять то естественно нечего, на install нужно

    перекидывает сразу же потом на upgrade

    нет,просто на старую версию влил и все

    Через апгрейд обновляй, либо криво влил, заливай через файлзиллу
