Strange pages loading

Hello,

I recently updated php 5.6 to php 7.3 and installed your nulled 4.4 Board.
But I encounter a strange issue when loading the pages... :

I thought that I messed something during the update, so I erased my forum and my database, and installed them again from scratch... same issue:

Does somebody here knows why ?
